Available homes to rent
There are two homes available for rent from members of the community. Rentals are privately arranged between owners and renters. If you would like information about these rentals, please email info@eastendcommons.com and we will forward your information to the owner.

About our homes. Intentionally designed for acoustic isolation, you'll find your home is quiet and offers everything you need. All homes have a full kitchen, living, and dining areas. All homes also have a washer/dryer hook-up, a refrigerator, and dishwashers. Additionally, each home has a room-sized outdoor patio space that is private to that home. Homes have a garage, carport, or dedicated parking space. Ground level homes have a small front porch on the street side.
All of the homes have geothermal cooling & heat exchange HVAC, a low-energy use air conditioning and heating system. In addition, all have secure, private high speed internet access.
All of the upper-floor homes are connected to the Common House by walkways. There is an elevator in the Common House for residents to use as well as plenty of staircases.
We are a condominium association under Texas law and we have an HOA. We have a "board of the whole" so we make our decisions together using a consensus model. We have monthly HOA fees that cover expenses including shared internet, all utilities, insurance, and other costs.
