Kip is a 7th generation Texas who grew up in San Antonio, Texas. He spent most of his career as a IT specialist for a large multi-national company, and for this reason has lived many years in Houston (albeit with a short interlude in Europe and Asia). Kip and Lynn Morstead have been married for 30-plus years and raised two children, both of whom are gainfully employed in the Houston area. Kip enjoys reading from diverse genres, and plays guitar with the joie de vivre and skills of a 10-year-old. As we like to say, it’s never too soon or too late to begin making music. Why cohousing?  “I love the idea of living lightly on the planet, and this is a great way to do it in a big urban center.”  Kip is a member on the Coordinating Team, the Process team and the Finance/Legal/Development team.
