East End Commons is a cohousing community of 33 private homes in the historic 2nd Ward of Houston, Texas. Our neighbors include adults, children, seniors, some dogs, a few cats, and lots of bikes. We choose East End Commons as our home because we share the values of connection with our neighbors and a desire to live more sustainably. We offer support and friendship, while respecting our needs for privacy. Established in 2026, East End Commons is the first cohousing community in Texas!
